The response to the request for information regarding the type of wall or semi-opaque fence that is proposed in the Type B buffer states that the buffer will feature a chain link fence with semi-opaque slatted inserts. Section 155.5302.E, Perimeter Fences Abutting Street Rights-of-Ways requires fences or walls located within 15 feet of a street right-of-way to not be constructed of chain link or similar material. Revise the plans to provide a fence or wall other than chain link or similar material, as the fence is within 15 feet of the Florida Turnpike Right-of-Way.
