Info Only: The property is partially platted (Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens [Amended, Replat, No.2 ,No.3] PB 50, Pg 11 [1959], PB 56, Pg 22 [1962], PB 58, Pg 45 [1964], PB 59, Pg 45 [1964], PB 72, Pg 8 [1972]). Neither a replat nor amendment is necessary for this proposal.

Info Only:  Although the abutting rights-of-way do not appear sufficient in width (50 feet is the minimum width required for a street) it is not practical to require a dedication that would overlap an established plot of the cemetery. Similarly, the required right-of-way for Copans Road, based on the Broward County Trafficways Plan is 106 feet or 53 feet to the Center Line. The survey shows only 43.5 feet to the center line of dedicated right-of-way; however, a dedication is not practical in these locations
