This is an appointment to the Housing Authority to fill 4 open positions. The incumbents as listed above have expressed their desire to be reappointed. Note: The Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides oversight for Housing Authority of Pompano Beach (HAPB) and pursuant to Chapter 421.05, “Public Housing” of the Florida Statutes, the Mayor, with the approval of the governing body, shall promptly appoint no fewer than five persons, and no more than seven persons, as commissioners of the authority.
