This P&Z application is able to meet all of the Fire Department requirements at this time for Site Plan Review. However, the petitioner shall maintain all proper fire department access and water supply requirements as per chapter 18 of NFPA 1 as amended from time to time.
*Additional comments may follow throughout the remainder of the permitting process. The buildings shall be in compliance with All NFPA Standards prior to receiving Fire Department approval.

1.) Add roof top camera to narrative page under electronic surveillance. (roof top camera is shown on the drawing plan, but not in the narrative)

2.) Add conditions B1 Access Control: numbers 1 and 2 from previous conditions in cycle 1 to narrative. It is indicated on the drawing but not the narrative.

3.) Previous condition C1 Security Strengthening number 1 was not addressed. Some of the drawings indicate the gate is staying in the same place and some of the drawings show that it is moved. If the gates are being moved, then a secondary control arm should be incorporated to prevent piggybacking.

4.) Add previous condition under C1 Security Strengthening: number 4 (Click to enter) to CPTED narrative (It is on the diagram but not in the narrative)

5.) New traffic striping in customer entrance at stop signs.
