Summary Explanation/Background:
Please place the attached resolution on the April 27, 2021, City Commission Agenda. This is an amendment is to replace Exhibit A and renew for an additional year to current license agreement (Resolution 2020-186), with Living Water Surf School, LLC to provide instruction in ocean awareness and surfing fundamentals at North Ocean Park. The camp will be held from June 7 - August 20, 2021. Living Water Surf School, LLC will pay the City $4,125 as compensation for the use of North Ocean Park. Insurance will be provided prior to the start of the program.
