A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF POMPANO BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN BROWARD COUNTY AND THE CITY OF POMPANO BEACH FOR BROWARD COUNTYWIDE INTEGRATED WATER RESOURCE PLAN (IWRP) FUNDING FOR THE PHASE IV LIGHTHOUSE POINT REUSE WATER DISTRIBUTION EXPANSION CONSTRUCTION PROJECT; ACCEPTING THE COST SHARE FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $200,000 FROM BROWARD COUNTY TOWARD THE PROJECT; AND CONFIRMING THE CITY'S CONTRIBUTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,703,733; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
