Summary:
The applicant is requesting approval of a Master Sign Program for signage for an existing multi-tenant commercial building. This Master Sign Program proposes standards for future wall signs as well as window signs within the property. Due to the configuration of the facades, which consists of a colonnade with an entablature above, the precise placement of proposed wall signs is specified in the narrative to be aligned with the lower edge of the entablature, as shown in the elevations. Additionally, due to the limited space on the entablature, only one-line signage is proposed. Free-standing/monument signs are not included in this Master Sign Program.
