Summary Explanation/Background:

This is the first extension and amendment to the 2015 license agreement adopted via Resolution 2015-425 for the Pompano Beach Eagles, Inc. to supervise and operate the concession stand at Kester Park during the football season.  The revenue raised will be used to benefit the Pompano Eagles Football and Cheer Program.
