Summary Explanation/Background:
As an added benefit to the residents and businesses within the City of Pompano Beach, the City Clerk’s office would like to begin offering e-recording services. Currently, documents such as a Notice of Commencement (NOC), needs to be taken downtown to the Broward County Government Center to be recorded. Offering e-recording will allow people to pay a small administrative fee to the City and we will send the document electronically to the County for recordation. This is a convenience that many would benefit from. The Clerk’s office wishes to establish a $5 fee for this administrative service.
