Summary Explanation/Background:
The easement conveyance of lots 780 and 788 NW 14th Street in Pompano Beach within the Rick Case Habitat Community will allow for public right-of-way overflow drainage to the dry retention area south and adjacent to the development.
The conveyance has a 24” concrete storm utility pipe that is critical to proper function of the right-of-way drainage system. The utility and easement was incorporated and approved in the development site design submittal.
