Summary Explanation/Background:
The Town of Lauderdale by the Sea and the City executed a Sanitary Sewer Agreement June14, 2005. The agreement specified that the Town would plan, design, and construct, in phases, sanitary sewer systems within areas of the Town. Addendum #2 is a modification to the 2005 agreement for the recently constructed system within the Palm Club neighborhood. Execution of addendum #2 would formally convey the sanitary sewer system to the City in effort to collect and deliver wastewater flow from the Town.
