The property owner, Cocchiola, LLC, is requesting a plat approval for the subject property located on the northwest corner of Powerline Road and NW 4th Street. The 0.54 acre site area is currently vacant. The proposed plat will restrict the property to a maximum of 9,200
square feet of Commercial use. A Site Plan was approved on February 24, 2021 that matches the conceptual plan submitted with this Plat request. This proposed plat was unanimously recommended for approval at the September 27, 2023 P&Z meeting, with two conditions required prior to City Commission which have been met.
