Summary Explanation/Background:

This is a first amendment to the agreement, with Living Water Surf School, LLC to provide instruction in ocean awareness and surfing fundamentals at North Ocean Park. The camp will be held at pavilions 4 and 5 located at North Ocean Park from June 4 - August 17, 2018. Living Water Surf School, LLC will pay the City $4,125 as compensation for the use of North Ocean Park pavilions 4 and 5.  The original agreement was adopted on May 12, 2017 via Resolution 2017-236 for a one year term. The first amendment to the license agreement is to extend the agreement for a one year period, ending May 11, 2019.
