William and Sue Allison, the owners of the property located at 500 S. Cypress Road, have agreed to enter into a License Agreement with the City to allow the City exclusive use of 15 parking spaces in their parking lot, located directly north of the Sgt. Kip A. Jacoby Park, for use as public parking, during park hours, for persons visiting the park. The term of the agreement is for one year, with four additional one-year extension options. The License Fee for the Initial Term is $5,400, plus sales tax. The agreement allows for a 5% increase for the License Fee for each one-year extension period.
