Provide a written response to all comments.
1. The plat of the property must be updated.
2. The rear and interior side setbacks shall be measure from the end of the shading canopy (accessory structure) which must comply with the same setbacks of the principal building.
3. Demonstrate compliance with Sec. 155.4219.H. Car Wash or Auto Detailing. The interior vehicular circulation may create conflicts and back up of the washed vehicles waiting for an available vacuum spot.
4. The Code requires two-way cross accessways to be 24 feet wide, and one-way to be 14 feet wide.
5. Provide the distance between the west property line and the proposed access driveway.
6. Sec. 155.5101.G.9. Sight Triangles, requires the provision of sight triangles at each corner of the intersection with the street.
