Summary Explanation/Background:

Pursuant to the City Commission’s direction, each Charter Officer reporting directly to the City Commission, with be evaluated annually based on the established hire/appointment date anniversary and a discussion and consideration item will be placed on the Commission’s agenda.  The annual performance evaluation of Kervin Alfred is due for review.  Staff has attached annual performance evaluation data for the City Clerk for the City Commission’s review.
