In accordance with the City Charter / Code of Ordinance, Section 32.46 "Emergency Procurement,” the City Manager authorized emergency repair services related to the rupture of a 12” force sewer main, at 960 North Powerline Road. The cost for the emergency repair was $314,295.00. Due to the emergency a purchase order 301166 was issued 3/9/2020 to DBF Construction LLC. As required by the Emergency Procurement procedures, the City Commission is requested to ratify the actions taken by City staff
