- The property does not appear to be platted. A platting determination letter from Broward County Planning Council (dated December 6, 2022) indicates that platting would be required. Applicant has filed a new plat application (P&Z: 23-14000009), which must be reviewed and approved by the City & County.
- There are several easements that would appear to conflict with the proposed building. Applicant has indicated that they will abandon or relocate the conflicts. Confirm with County Staff whether these can be done concurrently with the new plat or a separate abandonment application must be filed in addition to the plat application.
