Summary Explanation/Background:
The term of the agreement is for three years, with the option to renew the agreement for an additional two periods of one year upon written consent of both parties. Under the license agreement Run It Sports Inc. will primarily utilize McNair Park to promote and provide track and field coaching and instruction to children ages 5-17. The track and field season shall be January 1 - June 30. Licensee shall pay the city on a semi-annual basis a fee of 10% of the revenue for every non-resident participant as compensation for the use of the City’s property.
