Summary Explanation/Background:
The City solicited ITB T-01-23, to perform installation of new Paspalum grass at the city’s golf course, specifically the entire Pines Course. Unfortunately, on December 27, 2022, the City did not receive any bids. Based on the circumstance of events, staff is requesting to waiver further bidding and enter into a Service Contract with Country Club Services, Inc. Country Club Services has provided work for similar services on the Pines course in the past and City staff deemed their work to be exemplary.
