Summary Explanation/Background:
Resolution 2017-240, a Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Agreement between the City of Pompano Beach and the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection, was executed in December 2017. The Loan Agreement provided State Revolving Fund financial assistance for the Esquire Lake Stormwater Improvements in the amount of $3,234,487.00.
The City has completed the construction portion of the Esquire Lake Stormwater Improvements. Per the Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Agreement SW062420, Article 8.11, Fiscal Sustainability Plan, The City is required to provide a Fiscal Sustainability Plan that will need to be approved and accepted by the City in order to receive final disbursement of funds.
