Summary Explanation/Background:

This is the first extension and amendment to the 2015 license agreement adopted via Resolution 2015-423 for the Pompano Chiefs Football Team, Inc. to supervise and operate the concession stand at Mitchell/Moore Park during the football season.  The revenue raised by the concession stand sales will be used to benefit the Pompano Chiefs Football and Cheer Program.
