Industrial Zoning districts permit a small area of the development to include retail operations. This is consistent with what is shown on your site plan. The operations of the remainder of the area are storage and distribution, which are industrial operations.
Therefore, a plat note amendment is not necessary (as discussed during DRC 12/3/25).
