Summary Explanation/Background:

This Resolution is a companion item to the CRA and City’s approval of a master development agreement (the Master Development Agreement) between the CRA, the City and RP Pompano, LLC (an affiliate of Roca Point Partners, LLC) for master development of the City’s Downtown (the Master Project).
Pursuant to the Master Development Agreement, the CRA and the City have various obligations relating to the Master Project that require cooperation between the two entities.  The Interlocal Agreement explains those obligations and provides for cooperation between the City and the CRA.
