The Pipeline Rehabilitation Piggyback contract will allow the City to maintain and repair wastewater infrastructure using a trenchless method known as cured-in-place piping (CIPP). This technology restores piping structural integrity, reduces system infiltration, eliminates leaking pipe joints, improves water quality, and increases pipeline flow capacity through sewer mains and laterals without the inconvenience of digging up City streets.
