Thank you for acknowledging that the City must do a LUPA to change the dashed line land use designation for all of Palm Aire before this LUPA can be processed. Please make the adjustments below to your Application and resubmit for P&Z which will then be scheduled concurrent with the City's LUPA to remove the dashed line.

Response to 1.E - Correct this response to acknowledge your 21.4-acre amendment will be a small-scale amendment.

Response to 3.C - Once we have the new FLU maps based on our LUPA to remove the dashed line, you can replace your FLUM exhibits in Exhibit B for your 21.4-acre site.
