Summary Explanation/Background:

This is a Master Services Agreement with MCCI, LLC, / JustFOIA, Inc. for the continued use of their software for the processing of public records and lien search requests. This Agreement provides for upgrades to improve efficiency and better track and manage records requests. It also includes redaction tools to remove exempted information per statutes. The public will continue to have access to view the status of their request online at any time and pay associated fees via credit card as well.


The Agreement is for a term of 3 years. The cost for the 1
st year is $12,897.12, with an annual fee of $12,300.00 thereafter. This is a joint venture between the City Clerk’s Office and the Building Department, and staff recommends approval of this Agreement.
