summary

Summary Explanation/Background:

The Water and Reuse treatment plants have many individual pieces of equipment that occasionally require maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation outside the scope of work of our Maintenance department. The need for ongoing repair and rehabilitation of this critical equipment is crucial in maintaining the operations of both plants and ensuring the City’s ability to provide treated water.
Condo Electric Motor Repair, Corporation has been performing these services for the Pompano Beach Treatment Plants as a piggyback agreement between various cities and Condo Electric   Motor Repair, Corporation for a number of years. This agreement between the City of Plantation   and Condo Electric Motor Repair, Corporation was competitively bid.
