Summary Explanation/Background:

The agent, Ariel Cusnir of Full Service, Corp., representing the owners of the property, New Adventure Group, LLC, is requesting approval of the New Adventure Plat for property located on the south side of NW 6th Street. The property has an address of 344 NW 6th Street. The site area is 0.31 of an acre in size. The proposed plat will restrict the property to a maximum of 8 garden apartments. Access to the proposed plat will be provided on NW 6th Street. The subject property currently is currently vacant. The Property is zoned Transit Oriented (TO) within the Downtown Pompano Overlay District (DPOD) and it has a land use designation of Downtown Pompano TOC (Transit Oriented Corridor). A Conceptual Site Plan has been provided for this Plat submittal. The Planning & Zoning Board unanimously recommend approval at the November 16, 2022 meeting with three conditions that have been met.
