Summary Explanation/Background:

This project includes all labor, equipment, materials, and services required to replace the existing bridge at SE 6th Terrace over the Old Pompano Canal (G-16), Bridge No. 868106. The work consists of demolishing the current structure and constructing a new bridge, along with associated site preparation, earthwork, subaqueous utility relocations, traffic maintenance, lighting installation, dredging, pile and sheet pile installation, roadway and driveway restoration, tree removal, landscaping, pavement markings, and signage.*

*Disclaimer: This solicitation is being presented for award recommendation; however, the 72-hour protest period will expire on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (ET), in accordance with Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes. If a timely Notice of Protest is filed, the award will be stayed and this item will be withdrawn or deferred from the agenda pending resolution. Supporting documentation will be available upon expiration of the protest period.
