This appointment is to fill the unexpired term of Scott Schoen, Alternate 1. Mr. Schoen was recently appointed to full membership on April 22, 2025. Therefore, Robert Hendren who currently serves as Alternate 2 will now be appointed to serve as Alternate 1.

Please note: As a result of Mr. Hendren’s appointment as Alternate 1, there will be an agenda item on the May 13^th Commission Meeting to fill the Alternate 2 position.
