Summary Explanation/Background:

The agreement is to provide AEG Presents SE, LLC a six month extension agreement to operate the Pompano Beach Amphitheater.  This is necessary as we work through the transition period and complete the contract per the RFP.  The terms and conditions contained in the original agreement (Resolution 2018-03) shall remain in effect.  City staff will continue to negotiate a longer term contract and present to the City Commission for approval prior to the first amendment agreement expiring.  The licensee will continue to pay the city four dollars per ticket sold to each event held at the Amphitheater, and the licensee shall be responsible to pay all venue costs and expenses related to events.
