The corner houses do not have a front door facing the street.

To be consistent with the other houses, the two subject houses, shall have a front entry with the same characteristics as the other houses. A porch or vestibule should be added, using the same architectural elements as the other proposed project structures. Such an addition will provide a cohesive design, improving the insertion of the project within the urban fabric.
Staff suggests moving the house located on parcel 10 (north corner, no mirror or flipping image) to lot 14, Block 3 (south corner), and the house located at the south corner parcel (Lot 14, Block 3) to parcel 10 (north corner). Then, revise and coordinate all drawings as needed.
New comments may be render after resubmittal.
