Summary Explanation/Background:

The resolution authorizes the approval and execution of the first amendment to current license agreement with CPR, Etc. Inc. to utilize the City's Aquatic facilities to provide lifeguard certification and water safety instruction courses.

The original agreement was approved by resolution 2025-220, and both parties have mutually agreed to extend the original agreement for one additional one-year period ending September 28, 2027 under the same terms and conditions.  The Licensee will continue to compensate the City at $14 per hour for CPR instruction programs, and $83 a day for full-day certification programs.
