The property owner, BBA Property Holdings, LLC., is requesting a plat approval for the subject property located to the north of an existing Popeye’s fast-food restaurant at the corner of Atlantic Boulevard and NW 31st Avenue. The site area includes 1.68 acres and is currently vacant. The proposed plat will restrict the property to a maximum of 9,700 square feet of Commercial use. The developer plans to build a new 9,660 square-foot building to hold a golf cart business. A Site Plan was approved on April 26, 2023 (see attached D.O. 22-12000035). This proposed plat was unanimously recommended for approval at the August 23, 2023 P&Z meeting, with two conditions (see attached Minutes and P&Z Memo 23-038). The two conditions have been met.
