This is an Agreement necessary for a City-initiated Plat Note Amendment to the Non-vehicular Access Line (NVAL) shown on the Rentoria Plat for the Pompano Beach Senior Activity Center to establish a new NVAL (see attached Agreement with Exhibits). Staff recommends approval of this Agreement and the related NVAL change.
