1. Land use for this parcel is Industrial (I). The proposed use listed in the narrative states that the use is warehouse / light industrial manufacturing. The uses are permitted by the Land Use.
2. Property is Platted: LAFAYETTE HOMESITES, without restrictions.
3. According to the Survey, 60 feet is dedicated to the ROW. This is sufficient and no further dedications are necessary.
4. Applicant is requesting administrative relief for Setback (Interior Sides and Rear), and VUA Landscaping. VUA Landscaping relief can be permitted, provided that the superior landscaping is provided and not under cover. Setback relief can be provided through administrative adjustment (minor for interior, major for rear) concurrent with the site plan application.
