Summary Explanation/Background:
Pursuant to Sec. 163.387(7)d., Florida Statutes, this resolution authorizes a delay in the McNab Project until such time as an agreement is reached by the CRA as to how to fund the project. The resolution further authorizes the transfer from the line for the appropriation for McNab Project bond debt service to the line for the McNab House and Gardens in the proposed East CRA budget. If approved, the CRA will have the time to discuss the funding method for the McNab Project and whether it should be issuance of a bond or a pay as you go approach.
