The property was included in the platted subdivision "Arvida Pompano Park Plat," which was amended to restrict the property to 300,000 square feet of commercial use, 600,000 square feet of commercial recreation use, 450,000 square feet of office use, 500 mid-rise units and 350 room hotel. Based on the amended RAC, the Plat may need to be updated; however, it is not required for this proposal.
- The city has sufficient capacity to accommodate the proposal.
