Summary:

The Major Site Plan is for a mixed-use development in the TO/EOD for a full-block development on 3.180 acres. The project proposes two buildings, transitioning from 8 stories on East Atlantic Blvd down to 5 stories, then 3 stories at the south end of the block adjacent to residential development and single-family homes. The project will have 395 dwelling units (studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units), approximately 13,000 square feet of commercial space on East Atlantic Blvd, structured parking, roof deck amenity level, and a cross-block pedestrian passage for the public to cross through at mid-block.
