Summary:
The applicant is requesting a Minor Site Plan approval for the construction of a new vehicular access from Andres Avenue to the property. The proposed driveway will be connected to the existing paved truck circulation, a pedestrian access will be provided and additional landscaping will be added. Also, a new 18,400 sf. outdoor storage (as accessory use) has been proposed, making necessary the relocation of 15 parking spaces to the north of the property. The proposed modifications do not include any building addition or alteration.
