Summary Explanation/Background:
The City of Pompano Beach is preparing to go into an Agreement with Taylor Smith for a six (6) month period. The Agreement is for an expansion of her previous mural “Reef Life” located on the third to fifth floor of the southeast stairwell exterior wall at the Pompano Beach Pier Parking Garage next to the Pompano Beach Tourism Center, 3460 NE 3rd St, Pompano Beach, FL 33062.
The Agreement is for $38,000.00 and for six (6) months after full execution by both parties; however, the artist shall complete the installation of the artwork in thirty (30) days from the start date that will be established between the Contract Administrator and the Artist via e-mail once the Agreement is fully executed by both parties.
