Request for Proposal (RFP) E-30-20 was issued to establish a contract to provide Repairs and Calibration of Flow Meters and Related Devices to the City, on a as needed basis. Commission approval of the ranking order presented by the Selection/Evaluation Committee is requested, and authorization is requested for appropriate City staff to negotiate contracts with the highest ranked firm as detailed above. Further authorization is requested to enter into a contract with the succeeding firm, if an impasse in negotiation occurs between the City and the top-ranked firm.
