Summary Explanation/Background:
This project involves planning, design and construction of an access road and utility infrastructure for Parcel Y (an 8-acre tract located by Sand and Spurs Equestrian Park) in order to increase revenues for the Air Park Enterprise fund as recommended in the Airport Business Plan dated October 2014. Staff is requesting City Commission approval to accept the Grant funds from FDOT for this project.

Fiscal impact and source of funding: Total estimated cost of project is $900,000. $450,000 to be provided by the FDOT grant with a required city match of $450,000 to be funded with the attached budget adjustment.
