Summary Explanation/Background:
Florida Power and Light (FPL) has requested that we enter into the attached “Staging Area Agreement” with them for the purpose of using the City’s Youth Sport’s Complex’s parking area (700 NE 10th St) as temporary staging if needed following a major storm event. This will enable FPL to respond to issues/outages throughout Pompano Beach in a more efficient and expeditious manner.
