Summary Explanation/Background:

Per section 151.03 (I) of the City’s Code, owners shall enter into an Agreement for any proposed structure within a common docking area.  The proposed dock improvements are within a common docking area and as such requires the attached Shared Common Docking Area Agreement to be entered into.
