Summary Explanation/Background:

Bid E-31-16 was issued for the Utilities Department to establish an annual, open-ended contract for the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes. The service consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials for the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes, as needed throughout the City of Pompano Beach, on an annual basis. The bid award was awarded to

Intercounty Engineering, Inc.,at the July 12th commission meeting. This ordinance allows the proper officals to execute a multi year agreement with Intercounty Engineering, Inc.

 

Origin of request for this action: Staff

Fiscal impact and source of funding: $223,440.00 annually from budgeted funds in account 420-7206-535.65-12/02-828 Capital Projects/Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation.
