Summary Explanation/Background:
The license agreement is with Dania Pier Management Corp. to operate a bait and tackle shop at the City’s Pier located at 222 North Pompano Beach Boulevard. The term of the agreement is for five years, with the option of an additional one (1) period of five (5) years. The vendor will collect all daily sightseeing and fishing entry fees, pass fees and bait shop sales. Vendor will remit one ($1) dollar of each daily sightseeing entry fee collected back to the City on a monthly basis along with a total detailed revenue report.

Fiscal impact and source of funding: N/A - Revenue Contract. Licensee shall remit one ($1.00) dollar per sightseeing daily entry fee paid to City on a monthly basis.
