The AAC reviewed this project at its May 3, 2022 meeting. The result of the meeting was that the Committee requested the applicant submit revised drawings addressing the concerns expressed by the Committee, including further details regarding the proposed aluminum louver and landscape plan for the ground floor and amenities floor (4th floor) call-outs and detailed information on the intended finish materials to use on the building elevations.
