Summary Explanation/Background:
The City of Pompano Beach will need to enter into a License Agreement with T.E.M.P. Inc. for exterior wall space used for mural(s) located at on the north exterior wall at 135 NE 1st Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL. Design(s) will be approved by the owners of T.E.M.P. and the Public Art Committee. Any mural design budget above $25,000.00 will go before the City Commission for approval.
The City is responsible for installation and maintenance of the mural(s). The Agreement is for ten (10) years. The selected design is attached.
